Out-of-Pocket Costs

We offer a limited number of sliding scale slots. Please speak to your clinician if cost is an issue.

While we gladly accept the forms of insurance listed below, please note that it is client responsibility to know your copay/coinsurance amount prior to arrival at your first session. Payment is collected at time of service via card, cash, or check.

Insurance ~ Out-of-Network 

If we do not accept your insurance but you would like to utilize your out-of-network benefits, please note that the full cash cost of the session will apply (some sliding-scale slots available, so please inquire if needed). However, we are able to provide you with a "superbill" which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential partial to full reimbursement.

Initial Session

To schedule a first session, please check to make sure that the provider you would like to work with is presently accepting clients. Subsequent Sessions

All sessions following the initial intake may be scheduled through our                          or in session with your selected therapist.

 

How to Cancel or Reschedule

You can cancel a session through the client portal and also make a new session request in the case of a reschedule. However, if you are attempting to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will need directly contact your therapist. This may be done through the portal's direct messaging system, or you may leave a voice message on our confidential line, send a text, or email us (please note that we cannot guarantee confidentiality of text and email). Late Cancellation and No-Show

Please note that we have a 48-hour cancellation policy, excepting emergencies and illness. This allows us time to fill your spot, if possible. If you do not cancel prior to 48-hours before your appointment, you will be automatically charged a $120 fee. No-shows will incur the full session cost of $165 or the agreed upon sliding scale rate. In some instances (such as illness or inclement weather) we may need to cancel our sessions with you – we will reach out to you via your preferred method of communication as early as possible.

 

If you are utilizing insurance and you are 10 minutes or more late to session then we will be unable to bill your carrier and the session will be treated as a no-show.
